Salina South’s Emory Barth who began his football career during his senior year now has big hopes of playing “football in college and to improve my skills a lot”.
When VYPE asked Barth to share his favorite athletic memory oddly enough it came from his time on a basketball team. Barth shared that “winning the last basketball game that my elementary team ever played together” holds that place for him.
Barth also revealed to us that his “favorite part of being on this track team is having fun with my teammates. The girls team has won back to back league championships and it is fun to celebrate with them.”
Outside of his athletic endeavors Barth participates in FCA and volunteers his time at his churches nursery.
